Weekly Channel – Mar 22 – Mar 28, 2015

The physical sensations that we organic beings feel in the dense environment can be quite overwhelming to us.  It seems that much of our fear is is about physical discomfort.  We fear illness and injury.  We fear lack of money, and why is this?  We worry about being hungry or not having shelter from the cold or heat, or protection from other beings, and money is the social means we use to provide these things.  It would seem that stepping beyond the level of fear of these physical sensations would be a freeing endeavor.  How can we gain some depth in doing this?
This is a process of deepening realization of the non-physical nature of your essence, and is the subject and benefit of many meditation techniques.  When there is enough stillness inside to perceive the vibration nature of your being, and to extend your perception into the energetic essence of your being, the physical sensations become peripheral observations, rather than defining factors in your experience.  More focus on the vibrational nature of your being will lead you to more natural understanding of this.
I do have some familiarity with the meditation forms which entail energetic focus amidst the transient sensations and thought forms.  This does lead to change in the perspective.  Now, when the dynamics of the physical environment are in play and there is a complex configuration of sensation or anticipated sensation, along with emotional states such as fear, how can I deal with this in a way that propels me to a state of inner peace, and quickly?
The first thing to note is that shifting to energetic focus, and entering through the sensation of vibration is the gateway from the physical, dense vantage point.  You can do this at any time, anywhere.  You also are learning, and will continue to learn to use the energy portals to which you often refer as chakras, in effective ways to transnavigate from one emotional/physical configuration to another.  If feeling and emotion is most prominent in your immediate focus, bringing your vibrational attention to the heart center floats you to a higher vibration quickly, no matter what is going on around you in the physical environment.  If there are complex circumstances involved that are woven into the fabric of the physical environment, you have already begun to learn how the throat, root and sacral chakras are invoked to effect the desires of your energetic being as an interface to the manifestations in the dense world.  Envision a state in which your energetic spirit is fully cognizant and interfacing with the physical plane with all chakras being used to their full potential, and a mastery of the physical existence with full realization of the entire extension of your infinite energetic self.  This is the path you are on, and we are leading you, as you ask about these questions that arise.  Your work is progressing at just the right direction along this path.
If I have some periods of time for quiet focus, right now, what would be the best way for me to make use of it?  Right now I am thinking that the guidance you gave me a few weeks ago when I asked about breathing, and being able to execute the inhale and exhale processes at the same time.  I am thinking the practice of breathing and focusing on the energetic inhale while the exhale is progressing and focusing on the energetic exhale while the inhale is progressing, and bring in awareness of the sacral chakra, as you guided me.  I am also feeling that this will, as time goes on, involve expansion to energetic connection with the other chakras.  Is this a clear focus I have, and is the expansion to other chakras something I should follow as I am guided from within?
Yes, your guidance is clear.  You have already begun to integrate the effects of the breathin exercise we gave you.  There are multidimensional paths here.  This goes (and you know this) way deeper than the desire for improving your running ability on the physical plane, which is what motivated your question in the first place.  This exercise is reaching into multiple channels of dimension, which from the physical plane vantage is looking like doing multiple things at the same time.  As you stretch and work with this, it integrates and becomes natural.  You are correct about expanding to the other chakras, yet the nature of this exercise, done in the physical plane, benefits from gradual progression.  We suggested the sacral chakra as a gateway for opening this channel, partially because you are already working on attuning to the vibration of that chakral area.  There are infinite threads to this, as will become more apparent when you progress along this path.  Continue with this energetic focus, and do expand your awareness to the other chakras, at the pace that feels right to you.  You may reach a point soon where you cycle through them, or move from one to another and begin to understand the communication frequencies of transmission of energy between them and how those effects integrate with your dimensional experience.
Let us move onward!
