I seek to live comfortably and happily as I execute my performance here in the third dimension.  How may I accomplish this effectively?  Would there be means by which I can become more adept at functioning through the heart center?
You may learn to make use of light in much greater capacity than you have to this point.  Yes, you are true about the heart center.  Let’s first focus on light.  You can perceive light as interweaving beams throughout your existence.  You are always immersed in the midst of these beams.  When your experience becomes dull, you can focus your attention and see this light with your inner eye.  Do this in the moment right now, so that you may see what we are describing.
Ok, I can faintly perceive what appear to me as laser beams.
Yes, ok.  Now, if you will focus your attention there, much is transmitted along these beams that defies description in your physical planes.
So, do I just focus my attention to perceive the light, or should I engage in some particular intention?
Hold your focus on the intention to live comfortably and happily, or whatever is the most prominent in your consciousness at the time.
I am getting the impression that my ideas for using this method will intuitively evolve as I use it.  Is that true?
Yes.
Kind of like, when the world lets me down, go to the light.
Yes, however there is much more to this than a reactive approach to the ‘world letting you down’.  The concept of the world letting you down arises out of a mis-focus of your attention on the bubble of projection into the third dimension.  This is a distraction that is easy to make, because of the slow moving effects of the world of matter.  While you are engaged in an organism at that level, the slow moving effects are easiest to notice.  In the higher dimension, the opposite is true.  It is almost impossible, at that level, to slow your attention down to perceive the slow frequency effects of the physical plane.  Your attention on the light immediately brings you into the higher dimensions.  The trick is that you don’t feel it, at least not in the physical.  It feels imaginary from that level, but it is not.  The translation into effects in the physical plane are subject to the delays and the translation into the slow moving dense effects, which do not relate directly back to your perception of the light beams.  So you wouldn’t naturally make the connection.  It is like you have to keep remembering over and over again.  Eventually it will become more natural to you and the effects you are trying to manifest will become a more natural part of your reality.
I find myself wanting to direct my focus into how the beams of light intersect my being, particularly in the heart area.  Is there anything too this, or is this just some old habit that I should let go of?
It is a combination of directing with the mind and allowing.  In the course of third dimension existence, it is enough to just bring the light into your conscious focus.  However, if you have the opportunity for more directed focus, you can allow your mind and the light to merge into your being, and you will find a very powerful intersection through your heart center.  We have not emphasized this, because the allowing is more important than the resultant focus of the light beams, and your tendency would be to try to force some result, which would be counter productive.  Allowing is more the method than anything else.  So try this…
Could this method be combined simultaneously with a means for feeling the vibrations, say in the heart area?
Yes!  This is the key.  This provides an anchor, and also allows you to root yourself in a way that keeps you in the center, so as to keep from scattering your attention or as you would say, your mental energy.
It would seem to me that energy would be more productively placed in this way, rather than ruminating over the events of the physical world and trying to approach them through physical world solutions.
Yes, this is really the key.  The extent to which you are able to do this is how your experience on the physical reality plane is determined.  The more you can stay centrally focused, and plugged in to the higher dimensions, the more enjoyable your experience becomes.
Two things come to my mind.  One, is there a way I can enhance my ability to grow in this kind of focus durning times when I have some down time to spend according to my will, such as when I am home alone or when I am going to sleep or just waking up, or perhaps when I am running?  Two, the times that seem particularly challenging to me are when I am feeling depleted of energy in the physical sense; is there anything I can do to ameliorate that situation?
For these two, one at a time, the first one.  You must remember what we said about this method not being obvious from the physical plane.  This means that you would not expect to just float and gravitate into that state of mind.  You must remember, and trust that this will be effective.  This being the case, spend as much time as you can meditating on this light focus, with your attention at the heart center in a vibration way.  This supercedes all other forms of meditation you have learned up to this point, all of which are formidable.  However, we are directing you to focus in this way.  This method is tailored for your being and consciousness at this point in your existence.  Make this an intention and trust us.  This will lead you in a direction and you will see the effects, and the impulse to ask this question will no longer be needed.
The second point, for when you are depleted, remember that we said for you to hold your intention according to being comfortable and happy or whatever is in your field of awareness at the time.  If being depleted is in your field of awareness, then so that should be your entry point for this gateway, and the result and effects will be guided from there.  Depletion of physical energy is strictly a perception from the physical plane, and is not of significance in the higher dimensions.
The important thing about all of this is to remember to intentionally direct your focus.  Focus on seeing and allowing the light beams.  Hold your attention at the heart center, and feel the vibration of the heart.  You will have varying degrees of feeling connected in doing this, and the ‘success’ of this does not depend on how well you feel you are doing it.  The success is guaranteed.  It is just that your ability to connect the success with this technique may not be very well developed yet.
You’re getting it!  We can feel it!
Ok, yes, I can feel it too.  I just need to find a way to remember…
Remember the thing we said about meditation.  Since you were a youngster, meditation has been a part of your consciousness.  It is something you think about every day.  It should follow that when you think about it now, you will remember what we have said about this superceding all other meditation techniques you have used up to this point.  Yes?
So, it is like the focus on the heart center with the allowing of the beams of light into the vision is the main projection, and the desired intention or intentions are playing in the background, without concentrating on them with any effort.  Is that it?
Yes, yes, yes!
Now, another aspect of this comes to mind – with respect to doing this in the midst of great activity.  The kinds of things that happen are that multiple things are going on, with interactions with people, and strong emotional states are generated as a result.  Should I touch consciously into this technique while in the midst of such activity?
Yes.  Unquestioningly.  The effects are not reflections of the third dimensional world.  The slightest touch of consciousness in the field of light, at the center of the heart has a profound effect no matter how dramatic the events of the third dimension seem.  Time and duration do not matter, except that for effects to be evident in the physical dimension, pulsations must occur.  Otherwise you are subject to the perception that the physical events are driving everything, including your internal mechanisms, which of course is not true, but appears to be so when your belief systems behave as such.  So, in the midst of activity in the physical plane, just a flash of conscious attention to the heart center/light beam method, and your experience is affected in the desired way.  You just must remember.  If nothing else, you can use the discomfort that can occur as a trigger point, but it is better to just remember and pulse every so often.  Let’s say, to put it into perspective, at least ten times a day.  So, if you are awake for ten hours, once an hour, give the heart center and light beam effect a pulse.  More often if you get the chance, but try to commit to at least ten times a day, and no worries about the duration, or the degree to which you appear to be successful in concentrating your attention.  Just the slightest conscious connection will do it.  We realize that this will seem incredulous to you but then again, everything on the higher dimensional planes seems incredulous to the third dimension, doesn’t it? J
