Inter-Dimensional Channel – Feb 25 – Feb 27, 2017

Always, always, look to your inward, continuously.  As you do, your frequency state elevates and your enhancement of experience in the result of presentation of your surroundings grows immense.  Your habitual temptation to give credence to your surroundings amplifies as well, and in turn, your strength of will in sustaining inward awareness of your source energy must grow.  You must resolve to do this.
We have an energy integration exercise we would like to introduce at this time.  Common for you is to feel as though there is excess energy, mental or associated inter-dimensional channels trying to flow through your coordinates, and no clear way for it to travel, and it often cycles through at the physical/emotional levels, causing discomfort that you experience as anxious energy, or some criticality of comparison of surrounding environment with your momentary perceived expectations.  This exercise is beneficial for you upon waking from sleep, and can be done anytime your energy states appear to you as unintegrated with the summation of your being.  Of common dialogue topic among your finite colleagues is 'energy clearing', with concept of categorizing the 'negative' and 'positive', and clearing out the negative.  This, we are talking about, is not that.  We are guiding you into integration of inter-dimensional energy, without trying to compartmentalize different types of energy.
The path to inter-dimensional integrative expansion, inward into your expanded being is brought into orientation through your volitional channels.  As we have discussed directional intentional transmutation of mental energy, we offer, in a similar way, without trying to discern whether the energy is from the mental plane or otherwise - it is all of your inner source energy - rather than wrestling with the energy overflow, as you have been doing throughout your life, to gather your momentary intentions, whether healing your physical life or being a presence in the healing for others' lives, whether guiding your aspirations into being, allow your mind to sequence through all that feels uplifting to you in this moment, and allow all of these paths of mental channels to open for energy flow.  Feel, feel the flow of energy into these channels, throughout your being, and as you become more adept at doing this, your feel of shift in energetic state, and your integrativeness will become more acute.  Of paramount key to this is to remember to focus in this way rather than to butt heads with the energy itself, as your accustomed state is now programmed.
Doing this practice does much to change the paradigms of your living.  The sense of inevitability of persistence of seeming insurmountable obstacles in finite domain is itself an inhibitor to inward energy flow and must necessarily be released for you to accomplish our guidance here.  Any belief about anything having hindrances preventing its accomplishment must be dissolved through this method, because such beliefs are constrictors to the volitional energy channels.  Your skill level comes in with regard to holding the sights of your volitional channels in the face of contrasting present-moment evidence.  This, and your ability to hold the objective, however pristine you choose, and resist the temptation to compare the ongoing development of change with the pristineness of your visionary objective.  This kind of comparison is another way of drawing your objective away from your inward energy flow.
Of particular stumbling for you is the ongoing tendency to mentally compartmentalize the inward of your being with the outer world as being separate, and to consider anything in the outer compartment as immutable in regard to carrying out of your objectives.  Inter-dimensional existence has no such divisions.  It is your finite creative perception that makes it appear so.  It may seem unfamiliar to you for a while, but here we are talking about releasing these restrictions.  If you are on a path and there is a mountain before you, and your path seeks to go through the mountain, maintain your objective and channel energy into your objective and hold the vision of your path, releasing all of your habitual tendency to consider the mountain as an obstacle.  Doing this, allow your course to continue, but hold an open mind with regard to the means for your objective to be accomplished - whether the mountain moves, a path is carved through the mountain, or your path and objectives undergo a transformation, how all of this undertakes is inconsequential toward the satisfaction of your inner motivation for the manifestation of your objective.  Transmute energy in this way, and make this continuous practical use of your mind.
Interplay between your mind's energy and your feeling states occurs in an arrangement of complexity wherein streaming mental chords can synch with fundamental feeling state frequencies and reach a semi-stable standing wave pattern.  This is how you experience what you call 'moods', in which your feeling states seem to be in a trough of lower vibration frequency, suspended via sustained mental themes which persist for extended periods.  The mental streams contain a resilience which is resistant to injection of short bursts of shift in mental frequency or attempts to suspend the mental stream.  Typical approach for these situations is to just allow it to play out until it passes.  Yet, such 'mood states' can become more frequently triggered and more common in your experience if you fail to learn the skills to navigate through them  with acuity.
Aware that such a state has seemed to engulf your emotional states, here is what you can do.  For persistence to occur, the mental streams must have stabilized within some band of operation to attain a semi-stable consistency - which we shall compare to standing wave patterns of energy frequency, waves that continue to oscillate within a confined space back and forth at the same frequencies.  Your key to navigation in these instances is that there must be some containment, some confinement in which the mental energy is operating.  There is some 'space' in which it is confined.  Elsewise the infinite would rapidly shift and thus allow your volitional intentions to interject willfully, into frequency shifts of your intentions.  Known that some definition of confinement for mental energetic transmission is occurring, you are to expand your means of observation of the interplay of mental and emotional states, and rather than being mezmerized by the thought patterns and getting caught up in the emotional result triggered by them, show your attention to the space itself, and keep persisting in this focus and allow the boundaries, which are obtrusive yet synthetic, to subside, rendering your interaction with the mental realm into its natural state of expansiveness.  This requires both acuity and persistency, and so you may have to repeat the operation some amount of times in order to shift your mental operating arena within a finite plane interval duration.
When you get into those states - where you keep thinking about things that bother you, or whatever you seem to think about becomes bothersome - this kind of thing is going on, and in that state, with the mental energy in a standing wave pattern, there is a surface tension about your finite plane subset of mental realm which resists the channeling of mental energy in a transmutable way as we have been discussing.  The approach we have described will allow you to loosen that surface tension of mental energy, and expand your interaction with mental energy flow in more open ways.
Thinking about nothing - reaching a state of no-thought - would accomplish this as well, but as the mental energy is ever-active and at high velocity, jumping into a state of no-thought from any point on the finite being axis of involvement is typically a short lived endeavor.  Shifting your focus to the space of containment of your finite level interaction with the mental realm allows the mental energy to continue at full speed, yet shifts your perspective so as to render the containment space for the synthetically made construct that it is, which in itself dissolves it.  As we have said, the interaction is complex, and dissolving the mental space of containment may soon be followed by it bouncing back without you at first noticing it.  When that happens, restore your attention to the space of containment itself, as soon as you realize it.  This is one way you can re-pattern your mental shapes of experiences/thoughts/feeling states that have settled into recurring patternizations.
Awareness that this mental space of containment is there, and its functioning as a medium for standing wave mental patterns, is what is needed.  Interest in how it is constructed and how it came to be is not needed in order to free the mental energy flow from the equilibrized static configuration.  This awareness dawns just as, when fixated on a light source such as a flame or a lamp, you suddenly dawn into awareness of the room in which the light source is contained, and become aware that the construct of the room is artificial and contains the boundaries for flow of the light energy because of the artificial structure rather than inherent properties within the light energy itself.
Speaking of light, in dissolving the mental constructs of artificial boundaries, your vision of light can be useful.  In imagining of a containing mental vessel of some sort, seeing and feeling light emerging through the boundaries will help to accelerate the dissolution process.  Once freed of the mental boundaries, the energy comprising the locked-in patterns of mood-inducing thought streams is free to roam, and so too is allowed fresh energetic state which harmonizes with your resonance frequency.
These kinds of mental diversions can be strong, and they can seem to hold a grip, striking repeatedly chords of low vibration emotional frequency, keeping you feeling trapped in a mental enclosure.  It may not be new to consider the concept of thinking of something different if something is bothering you, yet when a set of mental standing waves is built, it is an energetic phenomenon, and not simply related to one topic of mental thought.  What we have presented here will help you to understand at the energetic level, how the mental energy is crystallizing into a pattern, to see it for what it is and to allow light to shine through and dissipate the filtering construct and allow your attention to expand int the infinite.
