Weekly Channel – June 15 – June 21, 2014

How may we, as physical humans, extract the most joy, pleasure, enjoyment, satisfaction from life while living on the physical plane.
Do not underestimate the work that is done while you are in the sleep state.  This is where you are setting the grounds for the life you are living while you are in the physical world.  It may appear that the physical world, for you, is the ‘main event’, but it is really more like the ‘main event’ is everything besides the physical, because it is here indeed that all of the mechanism for your pleasure and enjoyment, your highest mind states, resides.  So, the first thing is to realize that your associations in the physical states that you correlate with your enjoyment are not themselves the sources of your enjoyment.  Your connection to infinite inner self is always the source of your enjoyment.  It is like, say you go on a ride at an amusement park and you are laughing and having fun as the ride moves you around through the bright colors and scenery.  It is tempting to give credence to the ride itself, but all of what constitutes ‘fun’ for you is coming from within yourself.  It would help to see this as mathematical from a higher dimension perspective.  In the higher dimensions, there are coordinates beyond your three-point space coordinates that coincide with locations about your planet.  There are coordinate components that constitute the parameters which intersect your physical body in the subtler energies (subtler than the physical) to produce the mental-emotional effects that you perceive as your mental state.  These coordinates also intersect your space time coordinates at the same time that the coordinates of the effects of being at the amusement park, riding the ride, and all of the other people who are there at the same time.  All of this produces the effect of your experience at the amusement park which in this circumstance results in you having fun.  Now, the amusement park, the ride, and perhaps some of the other spirits with whom you are keeping company are the parameters which speak the most loudly to you, and those are the ones you remember the most.  In other words, in the physical environment, with space and time being constrained to your physical existence, your effect is to filter out the more subtle parameters of the coordinates of the higher dimensions, and those are the real parameters that more closely connect to your source of enjoyment and pleasure.  The effect is that your tendency is to forget the real source of your enjoyment and pleasure and to give credence to the coarser parameters, which really are less significant.  What can then happen is that you believe that the amusement park and the ride are necessary ingredients on the physical plane for you to have fun, at least for you to have fun in that way, and you seek to create more pleasurable experiences of fun by repeating patterns that are constrained to the physical plane.  This can come up short because the higher dimension parameters may or may not line up in the same way when the experiences are repeated.  In other words, by repeating the same experiences hoping to have as much fun, you are really merely hoping that you will have pleasure and enjoyment, and taking a ‘pot shot’ at having fun.  The real factor is that if you are aware of the subtler parameters, that are connected to your inner source energy stream, then you are on a path to the gateway of feel-goodness, and there is no matter what is happening in the physical at that time.  Whatever you are doing, whatever is happening, you are feeling good and having enjoyment and pleasure at that time.  This is so, because you are connected to the real source.

Now, back to what we were saying about the sleep state.  In the simplest terms, on way to say that the best way for you to have pleasure and enjoyment, a shorthand for what we would call higher mind states, on a continuous basis, is to just ignore everything that is happening on the physical plane and to be completely attuned to the multidimensional energy states with yourself.  However we know that jumping into this mode of operation is not immediately available for a human who is 90% plugged into the physical world, so do not simply suggest this as a solution.  This is as if, for someone who never walked, the suggestion to immediately begin running and jumping over obstacles.  This would be too big a step to take.  The method would be for the person to first stand up, and slowly take a step and keep balance.  With practice, faster walks would occur and eventually the running and jumping over obstacles would be happening.  So it is with attuning to the higher frequency energy states.  You begin by noticing, by being aware, paying attention to the subtle, the inner, during times when the physical world is less demanding of your attention.  The sleep state is the most natural time for you to do this.  You, as a physical dweller, become tired.  Your becoming tired is not simply a phenomenon of the physical world.  It is a means for you to return to your higher energy states, and to replenish your spirit in its natural form.  Tiredness is the parameter that directs you to the coordinates of that place.  What the variable is for you is your mental acuity, your awareness.  The mental acuity is the dimensional parameter that connects your three dimensional physical world human experience with the higher dimensions.  If you just let it go the way it goes, then you are just taking pot shots at whatever comes.  The resultant experience and the degree to which the experience would be aligned with the higher energy frequencies of your being would appear somewhat random.  It would all be driven by the patterns that were in place, presumably through a lifetime of experiences driven by lack of mental acuity.  For someone who had a lifetime of ‘challenges’ it would be the focus on all of these ‘challenges’ that would have established the patterns that are driving the mental interface to this connection with the higher dimensions.  This is the sort of thing that happens when people describe sleep patterns that are out of balance.  People feel the need to sleep yet are unable to reach the sleep state, or sleep briefly and then become awake and unable to return to sleep, with the mental states appearing uncontrollably integrated with difficult emotional states.  This is all a result of letting the mind go at random.  For those with high mental energies, this can be particularly difficult.  The approach that will better align the usual human experience with higher mind states is to become accustomed to interacting with the mind to effect the mental awareness.  It takes a persistent sustainment at the mental level to do this, but doing so builds a momentum that makes it more possible to remember and to gain a feeling of being able to effect the interplay of one’s experiences with one’s resultant mind states.
So, the intention in communicating in this discussion about the sleep state, is that it is a time when you are guaranteed that you will be brought to the threshold of your connection with the parameters of the higher dimensional energies, which will allow you to integrate your consciousness with the inner energy stream that delivers the states of pleasure and enjoyment to your human being.  It is what happens while you are getting ready for sleep, and how you engage your mind in crossing over the threshold into sleep that makes the difference.  The default method is to dwell in whatever had been happening while in the wake state.  If a good evening and relaxing time were had, then the brink of sleep is launched from a good time and relaxing state.  If worry is being entertained, then worry is carried to the brink of sleep.  All it takes to bring about a significant effect in your life is to remember, while you are approaching the brink of sleep, to engage your mind in a way of realization that you are entering the gateway to the higher dimensional frequencies, and that the events of the physical three dimensional world are irrelevant, as are any mind states that you have attributed to them.  You can envision yourself walking through a waterfall of luminous liquid energy that is cleansing your being of all of the parameters of the physical plane and all of the mental states that are intersecting those parameters, which may appear to be insegregatably integrated, but really are not.  Step through and allow this all to wash from your being, and allow your mind to open up to the higher dimensions.  The sleep state will comfortably lift you and your spirit-being will engage from that moment.  However, what is different is that in engaging in the sleep state in this way, your waking state will change.  The interaction of the parameters of the higher dimensions with the parameters of your three dimensional physical being will be diffenent in a way that allows you more power to integrate the knowledge of the higher dimensions with your daily life in the physical world.  You will soon see that manifestations and much of what most humans feel is difficult or impossible, comes naturally to you as you become more adept at this.
How can I remember to do this as I am going to sleep?
Eventually you will ‘just remember’, but initially it is good to have something you do before you go to sleep, every time, that will tie into remembering.  For those of some kind of organized spiritual background, there may have been some kind of nightly prayer or spiritual ritual which preceded going to sleep.  That is the intent behind such rituals, to engage the mind in a way that calls attention to the shifting into the world of the higher dimensions.  You must contemplate and come up with something on your own for this purpose.  If it comes from your own inner being, then it will be meaningful to you and will serve the purpose for which you intend it to be.  Remember that your question here was about how to engage in the physical experience in an enjoyable and pleasurable way as much as possible.  If you contemplate that concept before you retire for the night tonight, then the idea will come to you about what will be useful in that way.  Let us add something here.  The movement into the sleep in a way that releases your attachment to the physical world has a different feeling to it.  It would be as though suddenly you are ligher and able to fly.  At first, this may appear uncomfortable because while in the physical world state, you are accustomed to feeling the weightiness of the physical world, and when crossing the threshold into the higher dimensions, you are releasing all of the attachment to this physical world.  This happens when you enter the sleep realm anyway, but what we are talking about here is your awareness.  That is the key.  For you to be aware at that moment, and to step under the luminous waterfall and cleanse your mental-emotional-physical state as you enter into the sleep state, there is a letting go akin to the first moment of jumping out of an airplane while skydiving or something.  So, it may take a little practice to be able to do this without feeling some apprehension.  Just realize that this apprehension is a transiting effect.  Keep onward.
So, find a tie-in that will remind you every night.  Step through the luminous waterfall as you are about to enter the sleep state, and allow yourself to lighly flow into the higher dimensional realms, cleansed of all of the physical world.  Allow this, and as you awaken back into the physical world, remember what has just happened and that your intention is to interact with the parameters of the higher dimensions as much as you possibly can, no matter what is going on in the physical world.  Do this and more forth!

Sometimes when I awaken in the morning or during the day, I feel fearful, with no immediate danger present.  Why is this happening and what should I do when I feel that way?
Fear is not present.  When there is fear, you are not present.  When you feel such feelings, you are not being present.  This serves as a reminder that you are not being present in your infinite now.  That is the only reason this is happening.  In your human-ness, the way the Universe speaks to you is through your emotions, and the emotions that get the most attention are the ones such as fear and grief.  These are happening to you because the Universe is interacting with you in a way that is guided by what you would call your Higher Self, your non-physical, complete being and consciousness.  The means of getting your attention and ‘waking’ you up is through the emotions.  You are not doing anything wrong at those times, so take that pressure off of your shoulders.  It is like the alarm clock that wakes you from sleeping.  You are not doing anything wrong by sleeping.  The alarm clock merely indicates that it is time to wake and tend to matters on the earth plane.  Same kind of deal here.  Your fear and strong feelings are telling you it is time to wake up and tend to matters on the infinite plane!
Now, what to do in those moments…  The fear itself can be a vibrational lead-in to the gateway of the realm into which You are guiding yourself into awakening.  There is more complexity to the fear and the structure of the emotional energy and how it integrates with your vibrational-physical human being, beyond the simple waking up indication that we have given here.  The emotional state is really more multi-dimensionally structured in a way that guides you into the mental-physical coordinates your Spirit is intending.  So… knowing this, rather than seeing the mind state as something to heal or cure, or process or move beyond, see it as an opening.  See it as a gateway that opens to a realm, which at first appears much different as a gateway, from the realm into which it opens.  It is as a gate which leads into a magnificent garden, the gate appearing somewhat mundane, or overgrown and untended, whereupon opening the gate, an astoundingly beautiful garden is encountered.  So, you know how to feel vibration and you know you know how to feel vibration.  You have sensed how much of a threshold crossing this has been for you in your human-ness.  Use this vibration feeling to enter the realm to which the gateway of your emotional-mental states, which from the human realm appear somewhat mundane or overgrown, and feel your way into the multi-dimensional expansion toward the infinite, all the while going about your business on the physical plane.  Do this!!!

Your own joy and completenes as a being serves to enhance your advancement and service to others.  All of the stones and shrubs and steep climbs enroute to moving up a mountain are all means of reaching the peak and seeing the beautiful scenery.  Every personal ‘challenge’ is such a means for you.  Any healing, any guidance provided to others is a boost for them in reaching their own mountain, and all the while you are climbing in your own journey.  At no time are you interfering with others’ journeys whilst serving your own needs and pleasures.  At no time is hindrance in your own journey required for others to enhance theirs.  It is really the other way around.  When you look from the higher planes, you can see this.  The logic, and the segmented views of the physical plane must be seen as part of the whole mosaic, not the whole mosaic.  You know this, yet sometimes it is not natural to integrate this knowledge into your physical experience.  In truth, your physical experience is knitted integratively into your infinite experience, and your journey is guided by angels with wings who are holding your spirit and flying you, and you needn’t try too hard, nor think too hard about it.  Allow the inner state of joy to emergy through your being, and shine brightly unto the world of ‘others’.  They will notice, and you can trust us on that!
Have you any guidance for rapid and efficient manifestation on the physical plane?
It is vibration!  And, the more you realize it, the faster it will come.  But it is like being on a motorcycle with a very sensitive throttle, and the vibration knows no judgement nor opinion.  It is Truth, and you must interact in a truthful way in order to match your manifestation with what is coming into your mind.  So this leads to what you call clarity, and your clarity in your interaction with your desire state on the physical plane is what determines the instant-ness of your manifestation.  If you are vague, that means there are numerous other vibrations going on simultaneous with the one thing you are telling yourself you want.  To really progress toward the physical manifestation of the thing you want, you need to enter into the vibration of it.  This is somewhat the same as the discussion we had earlier about fear and how to enter the gateway of the emotions, but this is different in that the emotions we talked about, there are speaking somewhat loudly to you.  Same with desire.  If the desire is strong, then it is easier to enter into the vibration of it, but if it is vague and mixed in with numerous other desires and emotions, and often the desire itself arises as an antidote for some uncomfortable mind state, then the resultant total vibration doesn’t correspond to that one thing you happen to be focusing on with your mental state in that moment.  The solution here is very much the same to what we told you about fear.  It is vibration, and it is a gateway.  The thing is that these desires for manifestation tie in with an often vague soup of varying mind states that integrate with your physical experience, and the gateway is not often very obvious or clear.  This is where you must proceed through the gateway that is not well defined.  In working with this, your navigation skills will develop, and you will not need to always have clearly defined gateways.  The strong fear, when it occurs, will still be the Universe speaking loudly, but the Universe is speaking all of the time.  What we are calling entering the gateway is your means of listening...  So, listen!!!
