You will wonder sometimes what to do or how to proceed when you have that pressure cooker feeling, when the stretching of your multidimensional being comes face to face with constraints that are necessary only during the finite dimensions. There will be a feeling of 'no relief' in any direction, and the mental state that results from this can be one of quite despair. How to handle this, you may wonder? As the intersection of your organic being with the finite dimension plane is of a shell nature, your perception upon this shell and the infusion of a vapor from the higher dimensions will have an effect that will contribute relief for you. Emitting a vapor around the rigidity of the constraints softens the perception that the finite dimension boundaries are immutable. This vapor, mist, introduces energetic infusion from the higher dimensions, and this is all it takes. We could say to hold the third dimension constraints in fixation, and unhook, don't buy into their immutability, and this is the direct path. This infusion of vapor offers a vehicle to take you to this place of dislodging from the constrained perception of the third dimension. As you allow this vapor mist to flow, and interflow your consciousness with it, the dimensional realm grows, and the 'substance' of this vapor expands to the multitudinous energetic expansion of consciousness. All that goes with this, the vastness of the higher dimensional realms, the visionary aspects, the multidimensional expansion of sensory perception, ensues. When you first notice that you are in the middle of this 'pressure cooker' situation, your most salient reaction will probably be to seek relief. The vapor mist indeed creates this effect, but you soon see that relief from the finite dimension point of view is miniscule in comparison to the multitudinous expansion we are directing your consciousness to evolve toward. To effect relief, it is really enough to shift your attention ever so slightly away from the crystallization surrounding you to create the parameters of the pressure cooker. Any pressure cooker is a resultant effect of some configuration that is converging into a snapshot moment. None of this is fixed in multidimensional coordinates, and only seems so in the finite dimensions because the density of the finite dimensions slows the rate of the transient effects relative to the perception of consciousness. Even though immersion of consciousness gains your understanding of the multidimensional nature of the realms to which the vapor lead, the image and the conscious awareness of a mist has an immediate 'cooling' effect upon the physical plane configuration, which can be useful to help you to dislodge from your entanglement in those coordinates, and to gain your perspective in the higher dimensional realms. This cooling, can be effective in the heat of the moment, any moment, any time.
