What is the most efficient path to being in a continuous state of infinite bliss, divorcing the perception from outward circumstances on the physical plane?
There is a core inside of your being, which is infinitessimally small, yet infinite light.  Pinpoint your focus here, and bring your concentration to one point of focus, and enter this pinpoint of core infinite light, with your awareness completely consumed in this pinpoint of core.  Your perception of the outward events in the physical plane must be external to your conscious focus in order for you to do this.  Your concentration must be solely on this infinitessimally small pinpoint core of your being, which is infinite light.  Notice that your perception of the physical phenomena, including your own body, must not be part of your awareness.  From this it follows that spatial representation of this core of your being, as you are accustomed to using, would be a distraction.  You must find a way to engage your consciousness to the core of your being, and release all sensory perceptions that are relative to the physical environment.  This does not follow a linear path of concentration, and must be realized through intended knowing, and allowing your concentration to crystallize in the core of infinite light.  Your small mind must release its hold on your three dimensional being’s perception.  There is a process of involution that occurs according to your consciousness.  This is how the dissolution of the link to the sensors of the third dimension plane is effected.  It is a rushing inward of an energetic, vibration nature.  This is not something that is of your doing.  It is what you witness as you unleash your consciousness from the hooks into the physical plane.  Your mind need not latch onto some spatial goal.  It would be inclined to try to do so, but this is not effective, and any such perception would be dissolved through the rush of vibration energy that you will witness.
So, what is the best way to occupy the mind that is accustomed to dwindling its energy in the third dimension, so as to allow this involution process to move forth?
Use the mind to invite the involution process, and to direct your sensory receptors to attune to the vibration feeling.  Knowing the destination of the pinpoint infinite light in the core of your being remains in the consciousness, peripheral to the rush of the vibration energy that collapses your being inward upon itself.  This unhooks the mind from the third dimension data that it is accustomed to processing.  Knowing this is all already there and happening, and that it is not something you, as a third world being, are doing, helps you to witness the process.  The non-doing is perhaps the most unnatural feeling for you about all of this.
This is as much of a dawning into realization of what is already there as it is an undertaking of deliberate initiation of transformation.  Where your effort comes in is in the application of your consciousness to pay attention.  There is a tendency to become distracted by the dense application of crystallized reality, but that is a miniscule effect in contrast to the involution process we are aiming for you.
Would it be advisable to direct attention in this direction on a regular basis, even when there is a lot going on in the physical world?
Yes, this can actually be a more useful way, which is counter to the intuitive feeling that sitting in a controlled, uninterrupted environment would be more suitable.  This procedure is bringing you into direct focus with the releasing of all precipitation on the physical plane, and while in the midst of that activity, the effect is most apparent.  It may seem like an unlikely endeavor, but apply your attention in this way.  It will have profound effects.  You can bring your consciousness into direct focus with your involution process, whatever is going on in the physical environment.
I have had the idea of using the breath to make contact with the vibration feeling.  The breath can vibrate very subtlely, or can be made to be more coarse and vibrate with more intensity.  It seems that this can lead into the vibration feeling that goes with the involution, and the strength adjusted according to the level of connection with the consciousness.  Is there any validity to this?
Yes, but while you are doing this kind of action with your breath, your mind should also be at the same time engaged as we have described with the involution procedure.
Let us move onward!
